Honest pricing, no surprises
Our services and what they cost
Everything we offer is listed here with clear, straightforward pricing. No hidden fees. You'll know what to expect before we ever arrive.
Companionship Visits
Our most popular service
Spending real time with a client at home — conversation, a shared meal, light tidying, or simply company for the afternoon. Every visit is led by what the client wants from it, not a program or a checklist.
Companionship visits are especially valued by seniors who live alone and miss the steady presence of someone who knows them, and by adult children who want their parent to have regular social contact even when the family can't be there.
Appointment Escort
Door-to-door, start to finish
Meeting the client at a doctor's appointment, staying through the visit, taking notes, and providing support so no one navigates it alone. We handle the logistics so the client can focus entirely on their health.
We can also help remember the questions to ask and what the doctor said afterward — a small detail that makes a real difference for families who couldn't be in the room.
Standard Errand Run
We handle the list
Grocery pickup, pharmacy runs, returns, and drop-offs — hand us the list and we'll take care of it. The base rate covers the first 60 minutes and up to 5 miles of travel. Beyond that, we charge $0.85 per mile.
We always confirm what you need before we head out and reach out if anything needs clarification so you're never left guessing.
Quick Prescription Pickup
Simple flat rate
One flat rate to pick up your prescription from a pharmacy within 5 miles and deliver it straight to your door. No waiting, no trip — just your medication when you need it.
Riding Together
Coming SoonShared rides, shared savings
When two or more seniors share a destination or a nearby drop-off, everyone saves $5. Good company on the way there — and a little lighter on the wallet.
Standing schedule
Book 3+ visits a week, save 10%
A standing schedule of three or more visits per week earns a 10% discount on every visit. Beyond the savings, a regular schedule builds the kind of ongoing relationship that makes our service genuinely valuable.
Consistency matters to seniors. Knowing the same familiar face is coming on Tuesday and Thursday makes a real difference in how someone feels about their week.

Common questions
Questions about our services
What areas do you serve?
We serve Morrisville, Cary, and Apex, North Carolina. If you're unsure whether your neighborhood is covered, send us a message and we'll let you know.
Are you a home health care agency?
No. Her Companion & Delivery is a companionship and errand service, not a medical or home health provider. We don't provide clinical care, medication administration, or any health services. What we do provide is warm, reliable company and practical help — the kind a good neighbor would offer.
How do I book a visit?
Use the Book a Visit form on our website. Tell us which service you'd like, when you'd prefer, and a bit about your situation. We'll confirm your request and go from there.
What's the minimum visit length?
Companionship visits and appointment escort have a 2-hour minimum. Errand runs and prescription pickups are priced per trip rather than by the hour.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Yes — and we encourage it. A standing schedule of 3 or more visits per week qualifies for a 10% discount on every visit. Consistency also means a stronger relationship and more predictable support.
Do I need to be present to book for a parent?
Not at all. Many of our bookings come from adult children who manage arrangements on behalf of a parent. Just let us know who we'll be visiting and any preferences or needs we should know about.
Who will come to my parent's home?
Your family will work directly with us — we are a small, personal service, not an agency that dispatches strangers. Before a first visit, we take time to learn about your parent's preferences, routines, and any needs we should be aware of so the very first visit feels comfortable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change, especially when health is involved. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Reach out to us directly by phone or through the contact form and we'll work it out — no rigid penalties.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no contract or commitment required. You can book a single visit to start, or set up a recurring schedule — entirely your choice. Standing schedules do receive a 10% discount, but they can be paused or adjusted with a conversation.
What counts as an errand run?
A standard errand run covers things like grocery pickup, pharmacy runs, returns, post office trips, and similar drop-offs. The base rate covers the first 60 minutes and 5 miles, then $0.85 per additional mile. For a single nearby pharmacy stop, our flat-rate prescription pickup ($12, within 5 miles) is often the better fit.
